The Truth that Lies Outside

When we are relieved of the duties of self, one cares less about image, past, others opinions, future, failures, successes, and anything else we are told that must matter to us. We feel; we sense; we know of the gifts we are supplied with, but overlook the beauty within us and that which is all around us. We must wonder why this train we are all on headed to an unknown place is so concerned with making mistakes, what clothes are on our bodies, what houses we live in, what letters are after our names, and what digits are in our bank accounts. Why does this matter? How does this give life meaning? Life is now about selling ourselves. It is about making others believe what we believe, even if  it’s not the truth, not ours, not anyone’s. We do this in order to make money, to find worth, or to fit in. Life is a marketing scheme. We believe we must follow and wear a costume that matches everyone else, and to compete for something, anything, that someone else has or is apparently desired. We do not realize we are our own Gods. We are the makers of the world. If our whole life is spent on pretending, on pleasing, on achieving – what is the point of this existence?

The noises, the schedules, the actors all around us, the fake flowers we put in our houses and the niceties of small talk we feel we must engage in – is this why we were born? If we made this society, we are the ones that can change it. If we chose to keep participating in this illusion, we will be continuing to participate in the biggest lie that ever existed. We must die inside to be reborn. We must kill the formalities, the expectations, the control, the confines we have set up inside our minds. We must stand up and be free of this chaotic Lie. The poor, the starving, the mentally ill, the addicts, the egotistical assholes, the rich, the cheaters, the thieves, the basic level survivors – they are all products of this lie. Cancer, pharmaceuticals, office jobs, fluoride, vaccines, money, sugar, meat industry, fast food, TV News, time, age, gender, religion, nationality, politics, schools, tests, your name and identity are all lies. Something has to change! What change must occur is the belief that we don’t have the power to change, and the fear of what is on the other side. If we are in a lie, it is the truth that lies outside.
